Name of Ski Area: Lincoln Creek Subdivision ski trails
Location: Lincoln Creek Subdivision, northwest of Fairbanks, near Murphy Dome
Type of Area: Subdivision roads used for cross country skiing
Dates of Operation: 1983 for certain - a year when snow was not adequate for cross country skiing at lower elevations near Fairbanks.
Who Built It?: Unknown
Elevations:

Low: ~1500', High: ~1800'

Facilities: UAF ski team van for warming-up, snowmobile for setting tracks
History: When homes were built in this remote Fairbanks subdivision, the roads were no longer used for ski training.

In Fall '83 we skied on the Lincoln Creek Subdivision roads before there were houses on the roads.
